About FoodTech Saudi 2026

Other Shows Bring
the Industry Together.
We Bring It to
Its Buyers.

FoodTech Saudi is Riyadh's only dedicated food manufacturing and cold chain expo — built around the buyers, not the floor plan. Here's what that means in practice.

ما الذي يجعلنا مختلفين؟

A different kind of expo.

Not Another Trade Show.
A Commercial Platform
Built for This Market.

01

Saudi-built. Saudi-first.

FoodTech Saudi is not an international show transplanted to Riyadh. GL Middle East has a permanent Riyadh office, Saudi business registration, and a local team with direct relationships across government bodies, procurement heads and retail chains. We are a Saudi platform — not a visitor.

02

The only show in the right city.

Saudi Arabia's food procurement decisions are made in Riyadh. The government mandates, the investment authorities, the largest food processors and the retail headquarters are all here. For years, the industry asked exhibitors to travel to other cities to reach buyers who then had to travel back to approve what they'd seen. FoodTech Saudi removes that detour.

03

A platform, not an event.

Most expos run for three days and disappear. FoodTech Saudi activates from the day you sign — online storefront live, VIP buyer introductions monthly, guaranteed meetings confirmed before December, and lead reports running through July 2027. An expo is a marketing cost. This is a commercial investment.

The commercial case.

Saudi Arabia's Food Industry
Is at an Inflection Point.
This Is the Platform Built for It.

The window is open

The companies that arrive in 2026 will have a structural advantage over those who arrive in 2028.

Vision 2030 procurement cycles are accelerating. Food facility commissioning, processing technology sourcing and cold chain infrastructure investment are all in active budget right now — not in planning. Relationships formed this December carry significant weight in a market where trust and presence are prerequisites for serious procurement conversations.

Riyadh rewards presence

Exhibiting in the capital signals market commitment. Saudi buyers notice who shows up.

Saudi procurement culture places significant weight on face-to-face relationships and demonstrated commitment to the market. Exhibiting in Riyadh — at a serious industry event, in the capital — signals that your company is invested, not just testing. That signal matters to buyers making long-term supplier decisions between companies they've met and ones they've only emailed.

The platform compounds

The earlier you sign, the longer your pipeline runs before December.

An exhibitor who signs in July arrives in December with five months of VIP buyer introductions, a fully indexed storefront and warm conversations already in progress. One who signs in November arrives with one month. The 365-day platform is not a bonus — it is the return on your investment. And it starts the day you commit.
